At last some scrapbooking!

Sorry folks, been away for far too long.   Things have been a bit hectic.  But I finally managed to get down to some scrapping over the weekend.

I got the inspiration for this from a PM pack, which was part of a Do Crafts Goody bag, on sale for half price.  Ages since I bought a Goody Bag!   This was well worth the £7.50 I paid for it, a full pack of PM paper, patterned,   one pack of handmade papers/designer,  glue pen,  photo tape, buttons, flowers, brads, peel offs...    Even at full price the Goody Bags do offer value for money, so do keep an eye out for them.

This layout is by Jesse Edwards, it came with the paperpack, on the back cover,  I used all the papers from the pack,  and lettering is from The Slice.   I made the 'sun shape' by using a stencil,  cutting one out in black then a circle in white.    I also bought some of the new mosaic tiles, and used them as accents.

Here is the layout,  they used scalloped card, but I didn't in my layout, it is up to you of course.

Materials
  • Papermania Boutique paper pack
  • White card from Collosal pack PM
  • PM designer papers
  • Plain black card, plain white care
  • Mosaic tiles
Tools
  • The Slice
  • Metal ruler
  • Pencil, rubber,  paper cutter
  • photo glue (or glue of choice)
  • Circle cutter
Remember all layouts can be adapted, or altered,  or added to.  You never have to stick religiously to a layout, unless of course it is for a competition or stipulated.

Happy scrapping!
